The Hotel is Beautiful! The service from the minute we arrived until we left was the best I've ever come across. Everybody was so nice, welcoming, and interested, trying to make our time better that it almost felt like a fairy tale. Angeliki Souladaki in the dining room and Michail Pagadakis in the beach were so amazing and so nice but the rest of the team was also excellent. We took two suites (42 m' each) with pool view and sea view and the rooms were so beautiful with smart electricity in each room speakers with Bluetooth connection, a very comfortable bed, and a very nice swimming pool. For us, the location of these rooms (first line to the beach) was the best in all this hotel and I wouldn't choose any other location even if there are bigger rooms or villas. The hotel is 7-10 minutes by car or taxi from Hersonissos and 30 minutes drive from Heraklion and from the airport. There is s great SPA with a large Gym and so many different options for massages and other treatments. And as I said before, also in the spa the team is so nice and welcoming. Just to summarize, I'm flying all over the world and have been in so many hotels and resorts, part of them were at a very high level but never came across such a great team and great service. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The stay at the hotel was delightful with a complimentary breakfast provided. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, offering a genuine experience of Crete's warmth and charm. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and the hotel's proximity to the sea allowed for a beautiful view from the room. The establishment truly deserves its five-star rating. A highlight of the stay was the spa experience, with impeccably clean rooms and top-notch services.

After staying in many excellent 5 star hotels over the years, I did not think I would find one which could outclass them all in terms of accommodation, service, food and facilities, but Nana Princess is unbeatable.

Where can I start from . Location this hotel benefits form an amazing location with beautiful beach front with many activities. The food is outstanding and there is an aqua park for the kids inside the hotel . You actually do not get bored and don’t need to leave anywhere else . From the moment you arrive there you are treated like a vip that’s the best way it can be described. We were met by the amazing Sofia from guest relations . She honestly made our stay like stars and looked after us from a-z . From planning our trip to looking after us with small details while we are there and available to answer every enquiry 24hours on the phone .She honestly touched our hearts and our kids were in love with the staff and the place . They were crying non stop on the way back home when we left . Sofia is an outstanding person with a warm heart and welcoming personality we can not thank you enough for everything . We honestly can not wait to get back again . Then moving to the rest of the staff the service manager Manos and Michalis from F&B who always welcomed us form their hearts and treated us to the best meals we can ever have in our life . They looked after us with pure warmth and a loving heart . Honestly they made us feel home and loved. This holiday made us feel special and touched our hearts and the hearts of ours kids because of those 3 . It could not be the same without them . These memories will stay with us forever. Thanks to you Manos &Michalis . If there were more than 5 starts I would give this hotel 10 stars and this an unforgettable experience . We can not wait to get back again . This one of the best holidays we ever had . The place it self is luxury and clean with many activities.

First of all, if working in a hotel was tought at university level, i would say that the entire staff at Nana Princess would have been valadictorians. They are so unbelievebly good! This is the best thing about this hotel. Best staff I have ever seen, kudos to them, really. Always smiling, always paying attention to the clients needs and feelings. Simply amazing, and I say this after staying in more than 200, 5 star hotels. The staff here should get 6 stars, to be honest. You got an amazing beachfront, more sunbeds and huts than possible clients, 3 different huge pools, an incredible logistic buggy transport service (for example, if you call a buggy, it will be in front of your room in 30 seconds) and all the services feel instantaneous! The resort is so well built, really quiet and spacious, you honestly feel like you rented the entiere place! The rooms are huge and the options you get and top of the line, tens of buttons for everything, totally futuristic. Each evening you have top quality live concerts at the bar above. Really, really nice! The breakfast is fabulos! We will certainly return to this gem of a hotel, as it is one of the best we have ever stayed in. If this hotel would have been in Mykonos or Santorini, the weekly price would have been 30-40k.
